AMS Contractors has had a very busy summer wrapping up construction on two MOD Pizza upfits in South Carolina for franchisee Rolling Dough, LLC. AMS has also completed a MOD Pizza for RTHT Investments, LLC in Asheville, North Carolina. This project has undergone a complete transformation from a former Exxon station to a fast, casual pizza restaurant serving individual artisan-style pizzas and salads.
Construction began in the spring on Rolling Dough's MOD Pizza in Charleston and another in Columbia. The Columbia pizza restaurant is a 2,394-square-foot upfit in the Shoppes at Woodhill, located on Pelham Drive. This project also included a 471-square-foot patio. The Charleston location is a 3,400-square-foot pizza restaurant located in Westwood Plaza at 1812 Sam Rittenberg Boulevard.
MOD Pizza, Asheville is a 2,369-square-foot upfit in a former Exxon Station at 873 Merrimon Ave. and Ottari Road in North Asheville.
In addition to MOD Pizza projects, AMS has recently completed McAlister's Deli restaurants in Raleigh, North Carolina and Blacksburg, Virginia; an IHOP in The Highland Shoppes in Charlotte, North Carolina and a Donato's Pizza in Summerville, South Carolina. Work continues on McAlister's Delis in Sumter, North Carolina and Apex, North Carolina.
