New IHOP Brings Smiles to Charlotte

IHOP Charlotte | AMS Contractors, Inc. | Monroe, North Carolina

International House of Pancakes® began making people smile in 1958 when it opened its doors in the suburbs of Los Angeles. Fifteen years later, a new marketing campaign introduced the acronym IHOP, and since then, it’s been the name people know as the place they can enjoy breakfast 24 hours a day. Throughout their 58-year history, IHOP has celebrated more than 1,650 restaurant openings across the country and around the world.

CFRA Restaurant Holdings, Inc., one of the five largest franchisees of IHOP restaurants in the United States and the largest franchisee in the Southeast, chose AMS Contractors, Inc. as the fitup contractor for their Charlotte, North Carolina restaurant. Located in The Highland Shoppes at Highland Creek, construction began in early June on the 3,747-square-foot restaurant, which was completed in September.

Other projects recently completed by AMS Contractors, Inc. include restaurants for Donato’s Pizza in Summerville, South Carolina, McAlister’s Deli in Blacksburg, Virginia and MOD Pizza in Asheville, North Carolina.
